To provide our AI-powered services, we collect the following categories of information:
1.1 Information You Provide
- Media Content: Photos or images you voluntarily upload to generate AI effects such as face swap, photo motion, or AI portraits.
- Face Data: Facial feature data contained within the Media Content you upload, used solely to generate the requested visual output.
- Contact Information: If you contact us, we may collect your email address and the content of your communications.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
To ensure service stability, security, and advertising effectiveness, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and network status
- Device information (such as device model and operating system)
- In-app event logs (e.g. feature usage, click behavior)
- Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID)
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and operate the core AI face swap and photo animation services.
- To process Media Content and run AI models to generate user-requested visual results.
- To communicate with users regarding service-related matters.
- To conduct anonymized and aggregated statistical analysis to improve product performance.
- To measure advertising performance, conduct attribution analysis, and display relevant advertisements.
- To protect service security and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
2.1 Face Data Processing and Retention (Important)
Face Data is considered sensitive personal information. We handle it with strict limitations:
- Face Data is used only to generate the specific content requested by the user during a service session.
- The App does not perform facial recognition, identity verification, profiling, or determine whether a face belongs to a specific real individual.
- Face Data is never used for advertising, tracking, personalization, analytics, or attribution purposes, and is not linked with advertising identifiers or analytics data.
- We do not use Face Data to train general-purpose AI models, nor to develop other unrelated products or services.
Retention:
- Uploaded original photos are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after AI processing is completed.
- Generated results are temporarily stored to allow user access and are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days.
- Users may manually delete generated content at any time via the App’s “Mine” interface.
3. Information Sharing
We take the protection of your personal information seriously:

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)
We engage trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate core functionality:
- Cloud Infrastructure & Storage
Tencent Cloud is used to securely process and temporarily store data.

Replicate is used solely to process uploaded Media Content for generating AI effects (e.g. face swap, photo motion, AI portraits).
Replicate acts strictly as a data processor under contractual obligations and is prohibited from retaining or using data for any other purpose.
Facial data is transmitted only for one-time processing and is not retained by Replicate after processing is completed.

3.2 Advertising & Analytics Partners
To support advertising attribution and performance measurement, we may share non-face, non-identifying data (such as advertising identifiers, device information, and aggregated usage data) with:
Face Data is never shared with advertising or analytics partners.

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
